Ben currently serves as an advisor to DIA’s Deputy Director for Commonwealth Integration. In this capacity Ben is focused on enabling increased intelligence sharing and collaboration between allies.

Prior to his current role, Ben served as a Fellow with the Brookings Institute in the Office of Congressman John Ratcliffe (TX-04) where he focused on Department of Defense, Intelligence, and Education policy issues. Ben is a career DIA employee and has experience in project and program management, federal acquisition, and strategic communications.

Ben graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and master’s degree in public administration (MPA). He currently serves as the Pirate Club president for ECU’s DC chapter, as well on ECU’s MPA advisory board.

Ben is a native of Burgaw, North Carolina and currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife Elizabeth (Pittsburgh, PA).
