2023 MILITARY BOWL SET FOR WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 27

The 2023 Military Bowl will be played on Wednesday, December 27 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Md. The National Capital Region’s college football bowl game once again will match teams from the Atlantic Coast Conference and the American Athletic Conference.

Kickoff is at 2 p.m. ET and the Bowl will be televised on ESPN.

The game benefits the USO and Patriot Point, the Military Bowl Foundation’s 294-acre retreat for recovering service members, their families and caregivers.

“We are excited to bring two great programs to the Washington area and celebrate our 15th anniversary!” Military Bowl Foundation President & Executive Director Steve Beck said. “The players and coaches have an amazing time visiting the sights of our nation’s capital and their fans enjoy Maryland’s capital city, creating a significant economic impact for the entire region and raising money to support the nation’s service members.”

Duke defeated UCF, 30-13, in the 2022 Military Bowl.

The Military Bowl is the culmination of Bowl Week, with the teams staying, practicing and enjoying events in Washington, D.C., while their fans enjoy Military Bowl Eve and gameday in Annapolis, Md., highlighted by the Military Bowl Parade featuring the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales and honoring the nation’s Medal of Honor Recipients.

“Attending the Military Bowl and its festivities has become an annual tradition for so many local residents and college football fans,” Beck said. “It is a great way to spend the day and show one’s support for those who serve our country so valiantly.”
