WASHINGTON, D.C. – Steve Beck, Executive Director of the Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman benefiting the USO, traveled to East Carolina University (ECU) Wednesday to present a formal invitation to ECU head coach, Ruffin McNeill, and ECU representatives. The ceremony took place during halftime of an ECU men’s basketball game at Minges Coliseum. The Conference USA Pirates are set to play December 29 at 2:30 p.m. ET at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. against an Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) team to be announced December 5.
