Benjamin Davis

Deputy Director of the IC SCC

Mr. Benjamin Davis currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Intelligence Community (IC) Security Coordination Center, where he oversees the daily operations of the IC’s Federal Cyber Center and ensures the integrated defense of the IC’s information environment.
 
Prior to his selection, Mr. Davis served as a senior advisor to the Deputy Director for CommonwealthIntegration at the Defense Intelligence Agency. In this capacity, Mr. Davis led efforts to increase intelligence sharing and collaboration with coalition partners.
 
Mr. Davis also had the distinct pleasure to serve as a LEGIS Congressional Fellow with the Brookings Institution in the Office of Congressman John Ratcliffe (TX-04). As a Fellow, Mr. Davis brought hisknowledge and experience to Capitol Hill and focused on Defense and National Security issues.
In previous positions, Mr. Davis served in a variety of capacities including congressional relations, strategic communications, and program and project management within the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Chief Information Office.
 
Mr. Davis graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration (MPA). Mr. Davis currently serves on ECU’s MPA Advisory Board, represents ECU on the NCAA Military Bowl Board of Directors, and served as the Pirate Club president of the DC chapter from 2017-2020.
Mr. Davis is a native of Burgaw, North Carolina and currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife Elizabeth (Pittsburgh, PA).
